Client guide · The process
How we work on your wedding day.
From the first questionnaire to the final gallery — a calm, considered process designed so you barely notice us working.
A wedding day moves quickly. Our job is to hold the structure quietly in the background, so you stay present for it.
Long before the day itself, we plan. On the day, we arrive early, move gently, and stay out of the way. Afterward, we protect your files and craft them with care. Here is the full arc, step by step.
Questionnaire & planning
It starts with a detailed questionnaire — your timeline, family dynamics, the people and moments that matter most. We learn your day before we live it, so nothing important is a surprise.
Timeline preparation
We help shape a photo-and-film-friendly timeline with you and your planner — enough light for portraits, breathing room for the parts you'll want to remember, and no frantic gaps.
Getting-ready coverage
We begin with the quiet morning hours — the dress, the suit, the people helping you into the day. Calm, candid, unhurried.
Details & flat lays
Rings, invitations, shoes, heirlooms, florals. We compose meaningful details into clean, considered images — the small things you'll be glad you kept.
Early arrival
We arrive ahead of schedule to scout light, walk the spaces, and be set up before the first real moment happens — never rushing in as it begins.
Light & sound setup
For ceremonies, speeches, and receptions we prepare lighting where needed and capture clean audio — lavalier mics and, when possible, a direct feed from the DJ or venue system.
Discreet team presence
Our team works quietly and reads the room. We guide you gently when you need it, and step back when you're simply living the day. You should feel photographed, never managed.
Backup & file security
Every professional camera records to two cards at once. After the day, everything is backed up to multiple drives in separate locations before any editing begins. Your memories are never in just one place.
Post-production & delivery
We cull, color, retouch, and craft your gallery and film to a consistent standard. A sneak peek arrives within 72 hours; the full gallery and film within one month — quick, but never rushed.
The best compliment we hear is that we were barely noticeable — and somehow caught everything.
