Jenny & Ken
Timeless Spanish charm, palms & warm California light.
Jenny and Ken’s wedding took place at a private residence in the Hollywood Hills, and it truly felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of Los Angeles — palm trees, banana leaves, lush greenery, intimate, elegant, and a little cinematic from the very beginning.

A relaxed pace & meaningful details.
We had already met Jenny and Ken during their engagement session, so by the wedding day everything felt familiar and natural — there was already trust between us, which always makes such a difference.
They prepared a beautiful box with their stationery, rings, and personal details, giving us so much room for thoughtful flat-lay images. Nothing felt rushed. Jenny had time to get ready with her bridesmaids, laugh, breathe, and simply be present — the best photographs rarely come from a timeline packed too tightly.
Bridesmaids, then window light.
Before the ceremony we photographed a sweet bridesmaids first look — one of those joyful, emotional, genuinely fun moments we love so much.
Then came Jenny and Ken’s first look inside the house, in a bright room with beautiful large windows. Natural window light is always one of our favorite things to work with, and this space gave the moment such a soft, timeless feeling.
Family, tenderness & tropical greenery.
After a few family portraits, the ceremony itself was intimate and family-centered, with a small group of guests and a very warm atmosphere.
Ken’s childhood friend officiated, which made everything feel even more personal. There was laughter, emotion, smiles, and so much tenderness — all surrounded by tropical greenery and palms.
Spanish tile & the pool.
After the ceremony we spent time with Jenny and Ken for portraits around the property. The staircase with colorful Spanish-style tile gave us such a beautiful backdrop.
The pool area was perfect for a few elegant, relaxed portraits, and the reception table set along the water created a cozy dinner setting that felt both stylish and effortless.
A first dance & dinner under the sky.
As the evening began, we photographed the reception details, the grand entrance, and then Jenny and Ken’s first dance. Having two photographers was especially helpful here — we could capture the dance from different perspectives at once.
The rest of the evening unfolded with heartfelt speeches, dinner under the open sky, cake moments, laughter, and a warm family atmosphere. Not loud or overly staged — intimate, elegant, emotional, and full of real connection.
