Comfort and movement matter more than chasing a trend. One polished outfit keeps a short session calm and gives us more time to photograph you.
Keep pockets and hands free
Leave bags, extra clothing, keys, bulky phones, sunglasses cases, and anything you do not want in the photographs locked in your car.
Plan your route and parking
Be at the meeting point before your scheduled start—not pulling into the area at that time. Build traffic, parking, and walking time into your plan.
Tell us what matters
Share any accessibility needs, meaningful details, or a small number of must-have groupings before the session. You do not need to prepare poses—we guide you throughout.
On time means more photographs.
One hour means about 55 minutes of shooting.
The remaining few minutes cover greeting, a quick plan, and a clean handoff between reservations. An outfit change, if any, is part of the booked time.
There is no changing room onsite.
We recommend one outfit. If a second look is important, choose a 1-hour package and plan a quick change in your car.
You do not need modeling experience.
We give gentle, specific direction for hands, movement, posture, and connection. The goal is structure without stiffness.
Why Pasadena City Hall—and what changes elsewhere.
Your permit is handled
Zatonsky Moments maintains the permit needed for these sessions. You do not need to arrange or separately pay for it.
Weekday access is ground level
On weekdays, photography is limited to the ground level; upper floors, the balcony bridge, and higher staircases are restricted. The first level still offers many elegant locations.
Custom locations
A 1-hour custom-location engagement session is $500 and includes 50+ professionally edited photos. A travel or location fee may apply.
Best light
At City Hall, we recommend the strongest available time for your date—often from around 2 PM until roughly two hours before sunset, depending on the season. Beaches are usually best closer to sunset.
A calm plan for unpredictable days.
Cloudy light is soft and flattering. Pasadena City Hall also has covered arches, entrances, stairways, and architectural areas that can work beautifully in light rain.
If weather becomes heavy or unsafe
We will communicate about the practical options. A move to the next available date may be offered when conditions require it. Standard client-initiated changes must be made through the booking/rescheduling link at least 24 hours before the session. The $49 retainer is non-refundable, and missing the allowed change window can cause the reservation to expire.

Day-of balance
The remaining balance is due on the session day. Current event instructions accept cash (preferred), Zelle to 323-943-0880, or Venmo @zatonskymoments.
Private online gallery
Your gallery arrives within 20 days with high-resolution downloads for printing and web-optimized files for sharing.
Professional edit
Every delivered image is professionally edited. Your final selection may include a few intentional black-and-white photographs for rhythm and variety.
Rush & albums
Rush delivery within 7 days may be arranged in advance for $50. Custom albums start at $350; final price depends on size, page count, and materials.

Zatonsky Moments is a trained creative team with one shared standard for direction, light, editing, and final quality.
We build the experience around the company—not around a promise that one named person is the only way to receive beautiful work. Your photographer works inside our proven visual system; the studio oversees the process and the final edit so the result feels unmistakably Zatonsky Moments.
What stays consistent

Is payment secure?
Yes. The booking retainer is processed through Stripe via Calendly. Zatonsky Moments does not see or store your full card details.
Can we choose a specific photographer?
You are booking the Zatonsky Moments studio standard and team. We assign the right trained professional for the schedule and session while the studio remains responsible for direction, editing, and quality.
Can we bring props or a pet?
Ask before booking so we can confirm whether the item, animal, timing, and location rules fit the session. Keep props minimal so they do not take over a short booking.
Is the reel a full video production?
No. One photographer alternates between still photos and short video clips to create a 30–60 second vertical reel. It is not dedicated videography, drone coverage, or a full film production.
Can we receive RAW or unedited files?
The listed engagement packages include the finished edited photographs described above. Unedited files are not part of these packages.
What if we want another date or place?
Use the custom inquiry option. The Pasadena special is limited to Wednesdays and Sundays at City Hall; custom sessions are quoted under the terms above.
